The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing polished tile powder; s2, green brick forming; s3, drying and dewatering; s4, firing and shaping; and S5, subsequent steps. According to the high-strength ivory white ceramic disclosed by the invention, in the composition of the high-strength ivory white ceramic, the proportion of SiO2 is 71%-73% by mass, and the proportion of Al2O3 is 17.05%-17.13% by mass. Through the arrangement, a final mullite framework formed by combining the silicon oxide and the aluminum oxide according to the proportion is very stable in structure, and the obtained ivory white ceramic is very high in strength, can be used in occasions with relatively high strength requirements, and cannot cause cracking or crushing of ivory white ceramic tiles; in addition, the volume weight of the polished tile powder is set to be larger than or equal to 0.92, uniform material distribution of a press is facilitated, and therefore the production quality of ivory white ceramic tiles is stably improved.
