Steel bar protective layer control construction method
The invention discloses a steel bar protection layer control construction method which is suitable for construction of a steel bar protection layer of a ribbed steel mesh hollow cast-in-place hollow floor. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a gauze element material, namely selecting a nylon gauze element with 150-250 meshes; a plurality of formworks are manufactured, ribbed beam steel bars are bound in the formworks in a simulated mode, a plurality of steel mesh plates are taken and wrapped with the gauze, the steel mesh plates are put into different formworks, concrete is poured into the steel mesh plates, a test sample is manufactured, and whether the selected gauze is qualified or not is determined according to the quality of the concrete; sleeving the steel mesh plate with a mesh, selecting qualified gauze for cutting, sleeving the steel mesh plate with the mesh, binding and fixing, and inspecting the quality of a finished product; and putting into use, installing the ribbed steel mesh hollow after the fixed sleeve net, binding ribbed beam steel bars and pouring concrete, and walking on a construction channel during the period, so that direct treading on the steel mesh hollow is avoided. The construction method is used for solving the problem of too many quality defects of the ribbed steel mesh hollow cast-in-place hollow floor, and the situation that the thickness of a steel bar protection layer is insufficient can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种钢筋保护层控制施工方法,适用于带肋钢网镂现浇空心楼盖钢筋保护层施工。该方法包括:纱网材料选择,选用150~250目的尼龙纱网;样品试验,制作若干个模板,在模板内模拟绑扎肋梁钢筋,取若干个钢网镂,用上述纱网包裹,放入不同模板内浇筑混凝土制成试验样品,根据混凝土质量确认所选纱布是否合格;钢网镂套网,选用合格的纱布进行裁减、对钢网镂套网、装订固定、成品质量检验;投入使用,安装固定套网后的带肋钢网镂和绑扎肋梁钢筋、浇筑混凝土,期间走施工通道,避免直接踩踏钢网镂。该工法用于解决带肋钢网镂现浇空心楼盖质量缺陷过多的问题,能够减少钢筋保护层厚度不足的情况。
