The invention provides a concrete module, a modular building, a manufacturing method and a building method.The concrete module is provided with a bottom floor slab, a top floor slab and a supporting piece, the top floor slab is located above the bottom floor slab, the top of the top floor slab is provided with a first pre-buried groove, and the first pre-buried groove extends to the edge of the top floor slab in the length direction and/or the width direction of the concrete module; the supporting piece is located between the bottom floor slab and the top floor slab. The first pre-buried groove is formed in the top of the top floor plate of the concrete module, so that the top floor plates of the two adjacent concrete modules can be spliced by pouring concrete, and the splicing efficiency of the top floor plates of the adjacent concrete modules and the sealing performance of the adjacent top floor plates can be improved; and the strength of the connecting structure between the top floor plates of the adjacent concrete modules can be improved.
