The intelligent micro water pump is arranged on the transverse support, the spraying pipe is connected to the intelligent micro water pump through a pipeline, the wireless control module and the power module are arranged on the circular support or the transverse support, the anti-collision pulley is arranged on the circular support in a rolling mode, and the end cover is arranged on the circular support. The lifting lugs are arranged at the two ends of the barrel or the upper chord surfaces of the transverse supports at the two ends, and the wireless control module is connected with the intelligent micro water pump and the control terminal.
