The invention relates to a bipolar plate, in particular to a surface modified graphite polar plate and a preparation method and application thereof.According to the graphite polar plate, a hydrophobic layer is formed on the bottom surface of a flow channel of a gas flow field, and a conductive enhancement layer is formed on the ridge surface; comprising the following steps: S1, dispersing conductive slurry on the surface of a graphite polar plate blank and drying to form a conductive enhancement layer; s2, the dried graphite polar plate blank is subjected to mold pressing, the ridge surface of a mold is coated with a water repellent agent, and after mold pressing, the water repellent agent is pressed on the bottom surface of a flow channel of a gas flow field to form a water repellent layer; s3, carrying out heat treatment on the molded graphite polar plate semi-finished product; and S4, dipping, cleaning and curing the graphite polar plate semi-finished product subjected to heat treatment to obtain the surface modified graphite polar plate. Compared with the prior art, the invention solves the problems that the effect cannot be evaluated and the production consistency cannot be ensured after the surface modification of the graphite polar plate in the prior art, and realizes a simple and feasible polar plate modification method.
本发明涉及一种双极板,具体涉及一种表面改性石墨极板及其制备方法和应用,该石墨极板于气体流场的流道底部表面形成疏水层,于脊背表面形成导电增强层;包括如下步骤:S1:将导电浆料分散于石墨极板胚体表面并进行干燥,形成导电增强层;S2:对干燥后的石墨极板胚体进行模压,其中,模具于脊背表面涂覆有疏水剂,模压后,疏水剂压合于气体流场的流道底部表面,形成疏水层;S3:对模压后的石墨极板半成品进行热处理;S4:对热处理后的石墨极板半成品进行浸渍、清洗和固化,得到表面改性石墨极板。与现有技术相比,本发明解决现有技术中石墨极板表面改性后,效果无法评估,生产一致性无法保证的问题,实现了一种简单可行的极板改性方法。
