The invention relates to an inclined plate counterweight-free hanging basket device and a using method.The inclined plate counterweight-free hanging basket device comprises a front-end triangular steel support, a rear-end connecting component, a working steel wire rope, a safety steel wire rope and a life rope, and the front-end triangular steel support is fixed to one end of a structural floor through an outrigger; the stand column of the front-end triangular steel support is fixedly connected with the diagonal draw bars at the two ends through connecting nodes at the top end, and the bottom end of the stand column is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the outrigger. The three rear end connecting components are fixed to the other end, away from the cantilever beam, of the structural floor correspondingly. One ends of two working steel wire ropes are fixed on the pre-embedded plate of the rear end connecting component, and the other ends of the working steel wire ropes sequentially penetrate through the connecting node and the free end of the cantilever beam and are fixedly connected with the hanging basket, so that the hanging basket is suspended right below the free end of the cantilever beam; the safety steel wire rope is arranged between the two working steel wire ropes; one end of the life rope is fixed to the end, close to the structural floor, of the cantilever beam, and the other end of the life rope penetrates through the free end of the structural floor to be bound to the body of a constructor in the hanging basket.
