Counterweight-free outwards-inclined rail hanging basket mounting system
The invention provides a counterweight-free outwards-inclined rail hanging basket installation system which comprises a hanging basket, a hanging basket support, a working steel wire rope, a guide rail steel wire rope and a cable-stayed assembly, the hanging basket support is fixedly installed on a building main body structure through a fixing assembly, and the hanging basket is hung on the hanging basket support through the working steel wire rope. The working steel wire rope is sleeved with a movable pulley, the upper end of the guide rail steel wire rope and the lower end of the guide rail steel wire rope are both fixed to a building main body structure, the guide rail steel wire rope is obliquely arranged, the guide rail steel wire rope is sleeved with a guide pulley, and the movable pulley and the guide pulley form an opposite-pulling pulley block. One end of the cable-stayed assembly is fixedly connected with the end, away from the hanging basket, of the hanging basket support, and the other end of the cable-stayed assembly is fixedly connected with a building main body structure. The installation method is applied to installation of the counterweight-free outwards-inclined rail hanging basket on a building with an outwards-inclined vertical face, and the problem of installation of the counterweight-free hanging basket under the large-angle large-cantilever outwards-inclined condition can be solved.
