The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to an underwater circular pipeline construction structure and method. Comprising a construction platform, a foundation trench excavation device, a riprap leveling device, a backfilling device, a stone storage device, a round pipe hoisting device and a butt joint device. The foundation trench excavation device can be movably arranged at the longitudinal front end of the construction platform in the longitudinal direction; the riprap leveling device can be arranged on the construction platform in a longitudinal and transverse moving mode. The backfilling device is arranged on the construction platform and located behind the riprap leveling device in the longitudinal direction. The stone storage device is arranged on the side portion of the construction platform and used for storing stone and conveying the stone to the riprap leveling device and the backfilling device. The circular tube hoisting device is arranged at the longitudinal rear end of the construction platform in a longitudinal moving manner; the butt joint device is arranged on the circular pipes and used for splicing and butt joint of the adjacent circular pipes. The construction structure integrates multiple functions of foundation trench excavation, foundation bed riprap and leveling, round pipe installation, foundation trench backfilling, construction control and the like.
