Punch forming fastener for steel plate of horizontal rod of ring-lock scaffold
The invention discloses a plate lock scaffold horizontal rod steel plate punch forming fastener which comprises two symmetrically-arranged fastener units, the ends, close to a vertical rod, of the two fastener units are connected and form a clamping part connected with a connecting plate on the vertical rod, and the ends, close to the horizontal rod, of the two fastener units form a fixing part connected with the horizontal rod. A limiting groove with a first width is formed in one side of each fastener unit, and an inserting groove with a second width is formed in the other opposite side of each fastener unit. By adopting the fastener formed by punching, the structural bearing capacity of the fastener is superior to that of a cast steel fastener, the use safety of the scaffold is improved, the stability of connection with the horizontal rods is improved, the material price is saved by about one third compared with that of the cast steel fastener, and the fastener on each horizontal rod can be saved by 2.5 yuan; and meanwhile, the surface of the fastener is galvanized smoothly without burrs and zinc slip, so that a polishing process is omitted.
本发明公开了一种盘扣脚手架水平杆钢板冲压成型扣件，包括：两个对称设置的扣件单元，两个扣件单元靠近立杆的端部相连接，且形成与立杆上的连接盘连接的卡接部，两个扣件单元靠近水平杆的端部形成与水平杆连接的固定部；两个扣件单元的一侧形成第一宽度的限位槽，且相对的另一侧形成第二宽度的插槽。通过采用冲压成型的扣件，其结构承载力优于铸钢扣件，提升脚手架使用的安全性，提升与水平杆连接的稳定性，并且材料价格相比于铸钢扣件要节约三分一左右，每个水平杆上的扣件可节省2.5元；对成型后的扣件进行酸洗时更加容易，同时在其表面镀锌光滑无毛刺和锌溜，免去打磨工艺。
