The invention relates to a preparation method of carbonized modified steel slag with improved hydration activity, modified steel slag and a cement-based cementing material active admixture. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving acidic amino acid to obtain an amino acid solution, and heating to a reaction temperature; the method comprises the following steps: adding steel slag into an amino acid solution under stirring to generate a steel slag suspension, further introducing CO2 gas into the steel slag suspension, and starting a reaction; after the reaction is finished, solid is separated from the system, ethyl alcohol is added into the obtained solid, and the steel slag is obtained after drying. The preparation method breaks through the inherent viewpoint of the prior art, the stability and hydration activity of the steel slag are improved at the same time, and even the hydration activity can be improved by prolonging the reaction time. The method is easy to operate and high in practicability, and in addition, the adopted acidic amino acid additive belongs to a bio-friendly material and is non-toxic and harmless.
本发明涉及一种水化活性得到改善的碳化改性钢渣的制备方法、改性钢渣和水泥基胶凝材料活性掺合料。本发明的制备方法包括:将酸性氨基酸溶解以得到氨基酸溶液,并升温至反应温度;将钢渣加入到正在搅拌中的氨基酸溶液中以产生钢渣悬浊液,进而在钢渣悬浊液中通入CO2气体,开始反应;反应结束后从体系中分离出固体,并向得到的固体中加入乙醇,干燥后得到钢渣。本发明的制备方法打破了现有技术的固有观点,实现了钢渣的安定性和水化活性的同时改进,甚至可实现通过延长反应时间而提高水化活性。本发明操作简单,实用性强,此外采用的酸性氨基酸添加剂属于生物友好型材料,无毒无害。
