The invention provides an improved warehouse jumping method for efficient and high-quality construction of an ultra-long concrete structure. The improved warehouse jumping method comprises the steps that a construction area is built; performing a pretreatment process to form a construction area comprising a plurality of construction blocks arranged side by side; erecting a first concrete slab side mold at the boundary of the construction area, and performing early-stage construction in the pouring area; pouring the construction blocks at intervals, and carrying out graded pouring in three time periods to form three pouring bins; the three pouring bins comprise the first pouring bin, the second pouring bin and the third pouring bin composed of chamfers of the corners of the adjacent construction blocks of the first pouring bin and the second pouring bin. By means of the method, the problem that stress concentration occurs at the connecting corner positions of the adjacent areas, and consequently concrete is damaged is solved.
