Ceramic heater and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a ceramic heater which comprises a ceramic plate and a ceramic hollow shaft, a ceramic plate welding surface is arranged on the ceramic plate, a hollow shaft welding surface corresponding to the ceramic plate welding surface is arranged on the ceramic hollow shaft, and a pure aluminum metallization layer is arranged on at least one of the ceramic plate welding surface and the hollow shaft welding surface. A welding hole protrusion is arranged on at least one of the welding face of the ceramic disc and the welding face of the hollow shaft, the ceramic disc and the ceramic hollow shaft are mutually positioned through a set of ceramic positioning pieces, and a vacuum brazing pure aluminum welding layer is welded between the welding face of the ceramic disc and the welding face of the hollow shaft. The vacuum brazing pure aluminum welding layer and the pure aluminum metallization layer are connected into an integrated welding layer in a vacuum brazing melting mode. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method. The ceramic heater is high in cleanliness, free of impurity elements, good in air tightness and high in connection strength, and the same-material integrated welding layer is connected. The cost is low, a special pressurizing structure is not needed, and one-time complete process time is short; and post-welding processing is avoided.
