The problem that in the prior art, a support with good stability cannot be built in the middle of a river, and consequently a main beam of a cable-stayed bridge cannot be constructed is solved. A bearing platform system is installed on one side of the lower portion of a cable-stayed bridge side span, a walking system is installed on the cable-stayed bridge side span in a sliding mode, an anchoring system sequentially penetrates through the walking system and the cable-stayed bridge side span from top to bottom and then is connected with the bearing platform system, and a tensioning system is installed on a main longitudinal beam of the bearing platform system. The thrust system is connected with the bearing platform system and the anchoring system, the formwork system is erected in the cross beam and on the lower portions of the two sides of the cross beam, and the operation platform system is connected with the anchoring system and the formwork system. The hanging basket assembly, the 0 # block and the lower cross beam are constructed synchronously, and the construction progress of the suspended pouring section of the cable-stayed bridge can be accelerated.
