The invention relates to the technical field of robots, in particular to a tile supply device and a tile paving robot. The brick supply device comprises at least one stock bin, each stock bin comprises a lower plate, a side plate and a plurality of partition plates, and one end of each side plate is perpendicularly connected with one end of the corresponding lower plate; each partition plate is provided with a right angle, one right-angle side of each partition plate is perpendicularly connected with the lower plate, and the other right-angle side of each partition plate is perpendicularly connected with the corresponding side plate. A cavity is formed between every two adjacent partition plates, and the cavities are used for containing tiles to be laid. The tile supply device provided by the invention is small in occupied space and not easy to scratch tiles.
