A suspension steel wire rope is used for hoisting a to-be-dismantled tower component; the steering traction equipment is connected with a translation steel wire rope, and the translation steel wire rope is used for pulling the to-be-disassembled tower component to transversely move and deviates from the original position of the to-be-disassembled tower component; and the steering pulley is fixed above the tower component to be disassembled. The dismantling method of the alpine and valley ultrahigh tower comprises the steps that a to-be-dismantled tower component is lifted and pulled on the top; the tower component to be disassembled is cut off; the tower component to be disassembled is pulled to move transversely; and when the falling traction equipment descends the to-be-disassembled tower component, the steering traction equipment retracts and expands until the component falls to the ground. According to the technical scheme, investment of large equipment is avoided, meanwhile, translation of the to-be-disassembled tower component can be achieved by disassembling the structure, the construction period is greatly shortened, and labor and equipment investment is reduced.
