The invention discloses a chemical debenzolization tower dismantling method and system.The chemical debenzolization tower dismantling method comprises the steps that firstly, the collapse direction of a debenzolization tower is selected, the area of the debenzolization tower during front collapse is calculated, and the ground in the front collapse direction is cleaned; secondly, replacing a medium in the debenzolization tower, and filling nitrogen to maintain pressure; then, selecting a center line in the collapse direction of the debenzolization tower, starting to carry out breaking work from a foundation near the center line, and stopping breaking to the 1/2 diameter position of the center line; after the center line is broken by 1/2 diameter, the screws of the foundation bolts are all cut off from front to back in a left-right alternating sequence along the center column; and finally, when the debenzolization tower tends to collapse, carrying out traction operation by using a traction steel wire rope until the debenzolization tower falls to a specified position. By applying the method, the debenzolization tower integrally falls stably, the construction is safe and reliable, and the economical efficiency is good; aloft work is quickly converted into ground work, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the safety is improved; and the device can be widely applied to the dismantling operation of similar tower equipment.
