The invention provides a dismantling method and an auxiliary dismantling device for a mixed tower, and relates to the technical field of wind power generation. The dismantling method comprises the following steps: S1) dividing the mixed tower into a first treatment section and a plurality of dismantling sections; s2) dismantling a prestressed steel strand of the mixed tower; (S3) accessories in the first treatment section are dismantled, and secondary prestress steel strands are applied to the multiple dismantled sections; s4) performing trepanning and chiseling operation at the joint of the first treatment section and the adjacent removal section; s5) hoisting the first treatment section to a specified position; s6) defining the topmost dismantling section as a to-be-dismantled section, and dismantling accessories in the to-be-dismantled section and the secondary prestressed steel strand between the to-be-dismantled section and the adjacent dismantling section; the dismantling method and the dismantling auxiliary device solve the problem that in the prior art, a mixed tower is difficult to dismantle after reaching the designed age limit, the mixed tower is difficult to dismantle.
