The invention relates to the technical field of wind power tower drum protection, and discloses a wind power tower drum construction operation protection device which comprises a climbing ladder, a rail unit and an emergency stop unit.The climbing ladder comprises a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod which are longitudinally arranged; and the transverse rod group is arranged between the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod and is perpendicular to the extending directions of the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod. According to the invention, the rail unit is additionally arranged on the climbing ladder of the wind power tower drum, so that the stability of the climbing ladder is improved by the rail unit, and a traveling rail can be provided for the emergency stop unit. When a worker climbs a tower drum, the emergency stop unit is bound with the worker and moves along with the ascending of the worker, and a safety rope does not need to be repeatedly tied (untied), so that the working time is saved, and the danger possibly caused by untying of the safety rope is also avoided.
