The invention discloses a parking control system and a parking control method.The parking control system comprises a plurality of parking tables and a plurality of transport trolleys, and each parking table comprises a parking panel and a telescopic supporting column; the parking panel is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged, the first surface is configured to be used for parking a to-be-parked vehicle, and the telescopic supporting column is connected with the second surface; the transportation trolley is detachably connected with the parking platform; under the condition that the to-be-parked vehicle is parked to the first surface of any parking platform, one transportation trolley is connected with the second surface of the parking platform, the telescopic supporting columns of the parking platform retract to be separated from the ground, and the transportation trolleys carry the parking platform to a target parking position; and under the condition that the transportation trolley carries the parking platform to the target parking position, the telescopic supporting column of the parking platform extends to abut against the ground, and the transportation trolley is separated from the parking platform.
