The asphalt regenerant provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5-15% of a dispersing agent, 30-50% of base oil, 5-10% of a modifier, 5-15% of a penetrant, 0-10% of a stabilizer, 0-5% of an anti-aging agent and 0-5% of a water damage resistant agent, the modifier is a polystyrene butadiene copolymer emulsion. The asphalt regenerant provided by the invention can better recover the performance of SBS modified asphalt, and ensures that the regenerated SBS modified asphalt mixture has better water stability, high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance.
