The invention discloses a high-strength pipe pile PRC-PHC combined pile integrated combined type implanting construction technology which comprises the following steps that lofting is conducted before construction, then a steel casing is embedded, rotary hole drilling is conducted, after a drilled hole is formed and is detected to be qualified, a guide pipe is installed, M15 composite cement mortar is poured, the composite cement mortar should have enough strength, and the composite cement mortar needs to be embedded into the steel casing; and the pipe pile has the characteristics of micro expansion, no shrinkage and self-leveling, the filling is continuous without interruption, pile planting is carried out within 1 hour after filling, the perpendicularity deviation of a pile body is within 1% during planting, the pipe pile is put down through a positioner, and pile position coordinate rechecking and positioner elevation measurement are carried out after the pipe pile is placed. By means of the construction technology, various weak address conditions and load conditions can be well adapted, operation is easy and convenient, the top face elevation is controllable, the problems that the quality of a traditional cast-in-place pile is difficult to control, the pile is broken, and the pile is clamped with mud are solved, meanwhile, resources are saved, and cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种高强管桩PRC‑PHC组合桩柱一体复合式植入施工工艺,包括以下步骤:首先施工前进行放样然后埋入钢护筒,进行旋挖孔钻,待钻进成孔并检测合格后,安装导管灌入M15复合水泥砂浆,复合水泥砂浆应具有足够的强度,并具有微膨胀、无收缩、自流平特性,灌注时应连续不得中断,灌注后1小时内进行植桩,植入时桩身垂直度偏差在1%以内,管桩植入通过定位器下放,放置完成后进行桩位坐标复核及定位器标高测量。通过本项施工工艺,能较好地适应各种软弱地址条件及荷载情况,操作简便,顶面标高可控,避免了传统灌注桩质量难以控制、断桩、夹泥桩,同时节约了资源,降低了成本。
