The building envelope early-dismantling construction method for near subway group pit construction comprises the steps that a first batch of deep foundation pits are constructed in a pit jumping mode in the length direction of a trestle, and after the first batch of deep foundation pits are constructed to a basement top plate, a top plate is adopted for supporting on the trestle and a building envelope; earth excavation, supporting and structure construction of the first batch of shallow foundation pits right opposite to the first batch of deep foundation pits and the remaining deep foundation pits in the same direction are started; when the remaining deep foundation pits in the same direction are constructed to a foundation bottom plate, earth excavation, supporting and structural construction of the deep foundation pits on the side relatively away from the trestle are conducted, and when construction is conducted to a B1-layer floor, earth excavation, supporting and structural construction of a second batch of shallow foundation pits adjacent to the first batch of shallow foundation pits are conducted; and after the construction of the second batch of shallow foundation pits is completed, the B1 layer foundation bottom plate, the temporary steel inclined support replacement and the side wall are completed, earth excavation and support and structure construction of the remaining shallow foundation pits are conducted. The construction trestle can be dismantled in advance, early construction and early connection of a main body structure can be effectively achieved, and therefore advanced completion of the structure is guaranteed.
本发明一种近地铁群坑施工的围护结构早拆施工方法，包括：沿栈桥长度方向采用跳坑施工首批深基坑，待首批深基坑施工完成至地下室顶板后，采用顶板换撑至栈桥及围护结构上，开始进行与首批深基坑正对的首批浅基坑以及同方向上剩余深基坑的土方开挖及支撑、结构施工；待同方向上剩余深基坑施工至基础底板时，进行相对远离栈桥一侧的深基坑的土方开挖及支撑、结构施工，待施工至B1层楼板时，进行与首批浅基坑相邻第二批浅基坑的土方开挖及支撑、结构施工；待第二批浅基坑施工完成B1层基础底板、临时钢斜换撑及侧墙，进行剩余浅基坑的土方开挖及支撑、结构施工。可提前拆除施工栈桥，能够有效实现主体结构早施工、早接驳，从而确保结构超前完成。
