The invention discloses a method for preparing high-quality recycled aggregate from waste concrete, and belongs to the technical field of recycled aggregate, and the method comprises the following steps: crushing the waste concrete into particles with the diameter of less than 20mm by using a jaw crusher, and then removing scrap iron contained in the original waste concrete from the crushed waste particles by using a magnetic separator; the method comprises the following steps: calcining waste concrete particles under the condition of 700-800 DEG C, transferring the calcined waste concrete particles into a reaction kettle after cooling, and introducing water vapor for heating and humidifying under the condition of stirring; the particles treated in the step S2 are ground through a ball mill and then screened through a vibrating screen, and the particles with the particle size larger than 75 micrometers are screened out; putting the screened particles into a reaction kettle, adding diatomite, introducing carbon dioxide gas, and stirring and mixing at a high speed; and adding the mixture into the aggregate strengthening liquid, soaking for 25-40 hours, and then drying and grinding to obtain the high-quality recycled aggregate. The porosity of the recycled aggregate is reduced, the water absorption rate of the aggregate is effectively reduced, and the performance of the recycled aggregate is effectively improved.
本发明公开了废弃混凝土制备精品再生骨料的方法,属于再生骨料技术领域,包括如下步骤:将废弃混凝土用颚式破碎机破碎为直径小于20mm的颗粒,然后将破碎后的废弃颗粒经过磁选机,将原有废弃混凝土中含有的废铁去除;在700‑800℃条件下,将废弃混凝土颗粒进行煅烧,煅烧冷却后移入反应釜中,在搅拌条件下,通入水蒸汽进行加热增湿;将步骤S2处理后的颗粒经球磨机研磨,再经过振动筛筛分,筛除粒径大于75μm的颗粒;将筛选出的颗粒,放入反应釜中,并加入硅藻土,通入二氧化碳气体,高速搅拌混合;将混合料加入骨料强化液内浸泡25‑40h,然后烘干研磨得到精品再生骨料。减小再生骨料的孔隙率,有效降低骨料的吸水率,有效提高再生骨料的性能。
