Method for preparing recycled aggregate from waste freshly mixed concrete
The invention discloses a method for preparing recycled aggregate by using waste freshly mixed concrete, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding polyacrylamide into the freshly mixed concrete, and stirring for 4-7 minutes at the speed of 15-20 r/min; wherein the use amount of the polyacrylamide is 0.04%-0.05% of the mass of the freshly mixed concrete; (2) adding sodium metaaluminate into the freshly mixed concrete, and stirring for 10-15 minutes at the speed of 15-20 r/min; wherein the use amount of the sodium metaaluminate is 0.2%-0.3% of the mass of the freshly mixed concrete; and (3) spreading the stirred fresh concrete on a dry site, and airing for 4-6 hours to obtain the recycled aggregate. According to the method for preparing the recycled aggregate by using the waste fresh concrete, the polyacrylamide and the sodium metaaluminate are doped into the waste fresh concrete, the recycled aggregate with low water absorption, large apparent density and small crushing value can be obtained within 4-6 hours, the operation is simple, and the treatment cost of a mixing plant is greatly saved.
