Process for preparing recycled aggregate from non-flow silicate concrete waste
The invention relates to the technical field of application of concrete waste slurry, and particularly discloses a process for preparing recycled aggregate from non-flow silicate concrete waste. The process comprises the following steps: (1) grinding non-flow state silicate concrete waste, uniformly mixing the ground non-flow state silicate concrete waste with silicate cement, graphene, asbestos fiber, ferric sulfate or ferrous sulfate aqueous solution, granulating, and carrying out standard curing on the obtained particles to obtain a pretreatment body; and (2) soaking the pretreated body in a calcium bicarbonate solution, separating out the pretreated body after soaking, and activating the pretreated body in a sodium carbonate solution containing EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid) or EGTA (Ethylene Glycol Terephthalate). And after completion, carrying out standard curing on the obtained pretreated body again to obtain the recycled aggregate. According to the process disclosed by the invention, the non-flow silicate concrete waste is prepared into the high-strength recycled aggregate by utilizing the characteristics of the non-flow silicate concrete waste, so that not only is the resource utilization of the non-flow silicate concrete waste realized, but also the advantages of the non-flow silicate concrete waste are better exerted to obtain a high-performance recycled aggregate product.
本发明涉及混凝土废浆料应用技术领域,具体公开一种非流态硅酸盐混凝土废料制备再生骨料的工艺。该工艺包括如下步骤:(1)将非流态硅酸盐混凝土废料磨细后与硅酸盐水泥、石墨烯、石棉纤维、硫酸铁或硫酸亚铁水溶液拌和均匀后造粒,将所得颗粒物标准养护,完成后得到预处理体。(2)将所述预处理体置于碳酸氢钙溶液中浸渍,完成后分离出所述预处理体将其置于含有EDTA或EGTA的碳酸钠溶液中进行活化处理。完成后将得到的预处理体再次标准养护,即得再生骨料。本发明的上述工艺利用非流态硅酸盐混凝土废料的特性将其制备成高强度的再生骨料,不仅实现了非流态硅酸盐混凝土废料资源化利用,而且使其更好地发挥自身优势得到高性能的再生骨料产品。
