The invention relates to a method for preparing recycled aggregate from waste solid powder particles and application of the recycled aggregate in concrete members. The method comprises the following steps: mixing and blending waste solid powder particles, a cementing material and water, and pressing and molding the mixture into regular 20-surface recycled aggregate through a pressing die; the addition amount of the waste solid powder particles in the raw materials is 65-70 parts by weight, the addition amount of the cementing material is 30-35 parts by weight, and the addition amount of the water is 13-15% of the weight of the cementing material; the cementing material is composed of cement and an additive material, and the additive material is one or a combination of fly ash and mineral powder. According to the invention, the powder material in the construction waste can be effectively recycled and made into the aggregate for concrete manufacturing, and the bonding strength of the material in the concrete member can be improved.
本发明涉及一种废固粉体颗粒制作再生骨料的方法及在混凝土构件中的应用。该方法将废固粉体颗粒、胶凝材料与水混合拌合后通过压模压制成型为正20面体的再生骨料;原料中废固粉体颗粒的加入量为65‑70重量份,胶凝材料的加入量为30‑35重量份,水的加入量为胶凝材料重量的13‑15%;所述胶凝材料由水泥和添加材料组成,所述添加材料为粉煤灰和矿粉中的一种或两种组合。本发明能够对建筑垃圾中的粉体材料进行有效回收利用,制作成用于混凝土制造的骨料,并能够提高混凝土构件中材料的结合强度。
