Fiber reinforced concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses fiber reinforced concrete and a preparation method thereof. The fiber reinforced concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 260 parts of cement, 800 to 1000 parts of modified aggregate, 100 to 140 parts of water, 5 to 10 parts of accelerator, 4 to 6 parts of water reducing agent, 10 to 18 parts of reinforced fiber and 10 to 20 parts of filler, the modified aggregate is prepared by coating the surface of the aggregate with hydrophobic titanium dioxide; the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the cement, the modified aggregate, the reinforced fibers and the filler, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a primary mixture; weighing water, an accelerator and a water reducing agent, and uniformly mixing and stirring with the primary mixture to obtain a mixed material; and spraying and curing the mixture to obtain the finished product concrete. The surface of the slope protection concrete has good friction force, meanwhile, substances such as algae are not prone to being attached to the surface of the concrete, and therefore it is guaranteed that the concrete of the river channel slope protection still has high strength under the long-time use condition.
