The invention provides environment-friendly fiber reinforced concrete and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, tetraethoxysilane and tetrabutyl titanate are evenly dispersed in an alcohol solvent, phosphoric acid is added under stirring, ethylenediamine and sodium citrate are added after stirring reaction, and the pH is adjusted to be 8-9; aging to obtain a precursor solution; s2, crushing waste concrete into fine aggregate, transferring the fine aggregate into the precursor solution for soaking, drying, grinding and calcining to obtain regenerated fine aggregate; s3, cement, a water reducing agent and water are mixed uniformly, then a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and sodium sulfate are added, ceramsite, composite fibers and recycled fine aggregate are added after uniform stirring, and concrete slurry is obtained; and S4, carrying out casting molding on the concrete slurry, and carrying out standard curing. By increasing the specific surface area and matching with the nano-particles attached to the inner walls of the pores, pollutants can be effectively adsorbed, catalytic degradation is carried out under the illumination condition, and a positive effect can be achieved in the aspect of controlling water pollutants.
本发明提供一种环保纤维增强混凝土及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将正硅酸乙酯、钛酸四丁酯均匀分散于醇溶剂中,在搅拌下加入磷酸,搅拌反应之后加入乙二胺和柠檬酸钠,调节pH至8~9;陈化得到前驱体溶液;S2、将废弃混凝土破碎成细集料,转入前驱体溶液中浸泡,经干燥、研磨,煅烧,得到再生细骨料;S3、将水泥、减水剂和水混合均匀,然后加入发泡剂、稳泡剂和硫酸钠,搅拌均匀后加入陶粒、复合纤维和再生细骨料,得到混凝土浆料;S4、将混凝土浆料浇注成型,标准养护,即得。本发明通过比表面积的增加配合孔隙内壁附着的纳米颗粒,能够有效吸附污染物,并在光照条件下进行催化降解,在控制水体污染物方面能够发挥积极作用。
