The environment-friendly concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 380 to 420 parts of cement, 900 to 1100 parts of hydrophobic modified recycled coarse aggregate, 180 to 220 parts of recycled micro powder, 10 to 50 parts of water reducing agent, 80 to 100 parts of fly ash, 700 to 800 parts of fine aggregate and 100 to 300 parts of water, wherein the hydrophobic modified recycled coarse aggregate is modified by rolling grinding; the preparation method comprises the following steps: fully oscillating and mixing the hydrophobic recycled coarse aggregate and the recycled micro powder, adding the cement, the water reducing agent, the fly ash and the fine aggregate, mixing, uniformly stirring, adding the water, and continuously stirring for 1-2 hours. The environment-friendly concrete has the advantage of improving the strength of the recycled coarse aggregate concrete.
