Environment-friendly concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of environment-friendly high-performance building materials, in particular to environment-friendly concrete and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 140 to 160 parts of cement, 180 to 210 parts of admixture, 600 to 700 parts of fine aggregate, 1000 to 1200 parts of coarse aggregate, 5 to 7 parts of admixture, 140 to 160 parts of water, 10 to 20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 20 to 30 parts of calcined attapulgite and 100 to 200 parts of recycled aggregate. According to the environment-friendly concrete provided by the invention, the recycled aggregate which is an environment-friendly material is used, and the polyvinyl alcohol fiber, the calcined attapulgite and the recycled aggregate are matched together to overcome the defects of the recycled aggregate, so that the strength, the fluidity and the durability of the environment-friendly concrete are effectively improved.
