Ground anchor auxiliary beam curved bridge and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a ground anchor auxiliary beam curved bridge and a construction method thereof. The ground anchor auxiliary beam curved bridge comprises an upper curved continuous beam, and bridge abutments, ground anchors and lower structure middle piers are sequentially arranged at the two ends of the upper curved continuous beam from outside to inside; each ground anchor comprises a rigid swinging column, a ground anchor bearing platform and a ground anchor pile which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the rigid swing columns and the ground anchor piles of each ground anchor are arranged on the two sides of the center line of the corresponding bridge structure in pairs. The upper end of each rigid swing column is connected with the upper curve continuous beam through a connecting piece which comprises a pin shaft and can rotate relatively, and the lower end of each rigid swing column is connected with the corresponding ground anchor bearing platform through a connecting piece which comprises a pin shaft and can rotate relatively. During construction, after a support is erected and jacks are arranged, the upper curve continuous beams are installed in a segmented mode; and the load of the upper curved continuous beam is transferred to each ground anchor by adopting a mode of unloading the jacks step by step. By the adoption of a simpler structure, the large-span and low-beam-height structural functions which can only be achieved through a traditional complex bridge type are achieved.
本发明公开了地锚辅助梁曲线桥及其施工方法,包括上部曲线连续梁,上部曲线连续梁的两端,从外向内均依次设有桥台、地锚和下部结构中墩;每一地锚均布置均包括从上向下依次连接的刚性摇摆柱、地锚承台和地锚锚桩;每一地锚的刚性摇摆柱和地锚锚桩均成对的布置在相应的桥梁结构中心线的两侧;每一刚性摇摆柱的上端与上部曲线连续梁之间,下端与相应的地锚承台之间均通过包括销轴的可相对旋转的连接件连接。施工时,架设支架并设置千斤顶后分段安装上部曲线连续梁;采取将千斤顶逐级卸载的方式将上部曲线连续梁载荷转换至每一地锚。本发明采用更简洁的结构实现了传统的复杂桥型才能实现的大跨度、低梁高的结构功能。
