Construction method for super-long diversion of cofferdam in limited space
The invention relates to a construction method for super-long diversion of a cofferdam in a limited space, which comprises the following steps of: calculating a diversion area according to designed water flow and diversion quantity of a river, and determining the diameter of a steel pipe and the number of diversion pipes; circular flange plates are welded to the two ends of each steel pipe, bolt holes are reserved in the flange plates, after the flanges are welded, the two steel pipes are connected through bolts, the steel pipes are sequentially connected to the specified length, air bags are placed at the two ends of a flow guide pipe, the air bags are filled with air, and the flow guide pipe is placed into water through a crane at the upstream of a river. Manually pulling to a specified position along the water flow direction, deflating and sinking the air bag, and circulating in sequence until all the flow guide pipes are mounted; a proper place is selected for cofferdam construction, and river water between the upstream cofferdam and the downstream cofferdam is drained; and after the pipeline is laid, the flow guide pipe is detached. According to the construction method, constraints of effective space, riverbed geological conditions and river surrounding environments can be avoided, the flow guiding amount is effectively guaranteed, and installation is convenient and fast.
本发明涉及一种用于有限空间下围堰超长导流的施工方法,包括以下步骤:根据河流设计水流量和导流量计算出导流面积,确定钢管直径的大小及导流管个数;在每根钢管两端焊接圆形法兰盘,法兰盘上预留有螺栓孔,法兰焊接完成后,两钢管使用螺栓连接,将钢管依次连接至指定长度在导流管两端放置气囊,将气囊充满气,导流管由吊车在河道上游放入水中,利用水浮力,顺水流方向人工牵引至指定位置,气囊放气下沉,依次循环直至所有导流管安装完成;选择合适地点进行围堰施工,抽干上下游围堰之间的河水;管道敷设完成后,进行导流管拆除。本发明施工方法能够避开有效空间、河床地质情况、河流周边环境的约束,有效的保证导流量,且安装便捷。
