The invention discloses a using method of an anti-freezing and anti-thaw-collapse device, the device comprises a positioning cylinder, an upper cover, an anti-thaw-collapse rod and an anti-freezing pulling rod, the upper cover is hermetically assembled at the top of the positioning cylinder, and the upper cover is provided with a fixing position for mounting a structure; an anti-freezing pulling rod is arranged at the bottom of the positioning barrel, and a thaw collapse prevention rod is arranged on the upper portion of the positioning barrel. The anti-freezing pulling rod is arranged upwards, the bottom of the anti-freezing pulling rod is rotationally arranged on the anti-freezing pulling rod mounting seat through a first connecting screw rod, the thaw collapse prevention rod is arranged downwards, the top of the thaw collapse prevention rod is rotationally arranged on the thaw collapse rod mounting seat through a second connecting screw rod, and return springs are mounted on the first connecting screw rod and the second connecting screw rod; and the thaw collapse prevention rod is connected with the lower part of the positioning cylinder through a trigger mechanism.
