Non-stubble prefabricated constructional column structure and wall construction method thereof
The invention provides a combed-joint-free prefabricated constructional column structure which comprises a plurality of constructional column main reinforcements, a plurality of constructional column stirrups are bound on the constructional column main reinforcements in the length direction of the constructional column main reinforcements, and pipe cavities extending in the length direction of the constructional column main reinforcements are jointly pre-buried in the constructional column stirrups. The upper end and the lower end of the pipe cavity are each provided with a reserved notch formwork, a bottom formwork and two outer side formworks are arranged on the peripheries of the multiple constructional column main reinforcements and the multiple constructional column stirrups in a supporting mode, and the upper reserved notch formwork and the lower reserved notch formwork form an upper reserved notch and a lower reserved notch correspondingly. Concrete is poured among the bottom formwork, the outer side formwork and the reserved notch formwork. The structure and the method can reduce the construction difficulty, shorten the construction period, reduce the construction loss and improve the construction quality.
本发明提供一种无马牙槎预制构造柱结构,包括多根构造柱主筋,多根所述构造柱主筋上沿其长度方向绑扎有多根构造柱箍筋,多根所述构造柱箍筋内共同预埋有沿构造柱主筋长度方向延伸的管腔,管腔的上下两端头处均设置预留缺口模板,多根所述构造柱主筋和多根构造柱箍筋外围支设有底部模板和两块外侧模板,上下两个所述预留缺口模板分别形成上端预留缺口和下端预留缺口,所述底部模板、外侧模板以及预留缺口模板之间浇筑混凝土。该结构和方法能够降低施工难度,缩短施工周期,减少施工损耗,提高施工质量。
