The invention provides a novel asphalt pavement construction method which comprises the following steps: synchronously adding cement and an original pavement milling material into a mixing cylinder of a mixer, and mixing a mixture; the roadbed construction road section is filled and leveled by adopting cohesive soil, and is rolled and compacted by adopting a heavy road roller to serve as a leveling layer of the roadbed; transporting the mixed mixture to a construction site, and paving the mixture on the pressed leveling layer; rolling the roadbed; transporting the asphalt, the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate to a construction site, paving the asphalt, the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate on the pressed roadbed, and rolling the pavement; and the construction height of the pavement reaches the designed elevation. The original pavement milling material is used as the roadbed material, the bearing capacity of the roadbed material is enhanced through the construction processes of mixing, paving, rolling and the like, and the anti-freezing material is added, so that the strength, the anti-freezing property and the stability of the asphalt pavement are improved, the highway roadbed quality technical standard and the environment protection function are met, the cost is saved, and the pollution is reduced; the emission of construction wastes is reduced, and the environment is protected.
本发明提供了一种新型沥青路面施工方法,包括:将水泥、原路面铣刨料同步加入到拌和机的拌缸中,进行混合料拌和;对路基施工路段采用粘性土填筑、调平,采用重型压路机碾压密实,作为路基的调平层;将已拌和好的混合料运至工地,在已压好的调平层上进行摊铺;进行路基碾压;将沥青、粗集料、细集料运至工地,在已压好的路基上进行摊铺,进行路面碾压;将路面的施工高度达到设计标高。本发明将原路面铣刨料作为路基材料,通过拌和、摊铺、碾压等施工工艺增强路基材料承载力,并配加防冻材料,提高了沥青路面强度、抗冻性能以及稳定性,满足公路路基质量技术标准和环境保护功能,节约了成本,并且减少了污染,减少了建筑废弃物排放,保护了环境。
