The method comprises the following steps: S1, cleaning a roadbed; S2, laying a cushion layer; S3, paving asphalt concrete: adding the stirred asphalt concrete into a paver, wherein the paver comprises a machine body, one end of the machine body is connected with a discharging box, a discharging opening is formed in the bottom of the discharging box in the length direction of the discharging box, a storage box is arranged above the discharging box, the storage box is fixedly arranged on the machine body, a blanking opening is formed in the bottom of the storage box, and an anti-blocking mechanism is arranged in the blanking opening; and the anti-blocking mechanism comprises a motor rotatably connected to the storage box, an output shaft of the motor extends into the storage box, a bidirectional reciprocating lead screw is fixedly arranged at the end of the output shaft of the motor, the bidirectional reciprocating lead screw is rotatably connected to the middle of the blanking opening, and a horizontally-arranged push rod is in threaded connection with the bidirectional reciprocating lead screw; and S4, compacting. The method has the effects that the discharging opening of the paver is prevented from being blocked, and asphalt concrete is laid more uniformly.
