The invention provides an intelligent tractor man-machine cooperation system and method, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent environmental sanitation. The intelligent tractor man-machine cooperation system comprises a traction sensing mechanism, a main controller and a driving mechanism; the traction induction mechanism is arranged on the cleaning vehicle and used for traction of the cleaning vehicle by a worker and detection of the relative position of the worker and the cleaning vehicle; the main controller is connected with the traction sensing mechanism and used for generating a movement control scheme of the cleaning trolley according to the relative position of the worker and the cleaning trolley and sending a driving signal to the driving mechanism according to the control scheme; the driving mechanism is used for controlling the hub motors of the left and right wheels to move or stop according to the driving signals. A worker is connected with the traction mechanism through the traction rope, then the traction induction mechanism provides input of a movement direction signal for the cleaning trolley, then the main controller controls the trolley to automatically follow the worker to move, the workload of the worker is reduced, and the efficiency of cleaning operation is improved.
