Intelligent tractor and operation method thereof
The intelligent tractor comprises a tractor frame body, a drive axle and a mechanical arm assembly and further comprises a walking mechanism, a crawler belt is arranged at the lower end of the tractor frame body, wheels are arranged at the positions, located on the two sides of the crawler belt, of the lower end of the tractor frame body, and steering mechanisms corresponding to the wheels are assembled on the two sides of the tractor frame body respectively. Driving axles are assembled on the two sides of the end of the frame body respectively, an electric appliance cabinet is installed at one end of the top of the frame body, and a diesel power system is installed at the top of one end of the frame body. The problems that labor is difficult and the technology lags behind in the existing high-speed railway track laying construction are solved, and new-generation equipment for intelligent track laying construction of the high-speed railway is achieved through innovative research and development. By means of the intelligent technology, all working procedures of intelligent track laying of the high-speed railway meet the requirements for mechanization, informatization and automation, the labor intensity is reduced in track laying construction of the high-speed railway, the number of workers is reduced, and the construction quality is improved.
本发明公开了智能牵引车及其操作方法,包括车架主体、驱动桥和机械手组件,还包括行走机构,所述车架主体的下端设有履带,所述车架主体的下端且位于履带的两侧设有车轮,所述车架主体两侧分别装配有与车轮对应的转向机构,所述车架主体端部两侧分别装配有驱动桥,所述车架主体顶部的一端安装有电器柜,所述车架主体一端的顶部安装有柴油动力系统。解决现在高速铁路铺轨施工中存在用工难和技术落后等问题,进行创新研发实现高速铁路智能铺轨建造的新一代装备。通过运用智能化技术,使高速铁路智能铺轨各工序达到机械化、信息化、自动化要求,实现高速铁路铺轨施工中降低劳动强度、减少用人数量、提升施工质量。
