The invention provides high-performance wet-mixed plastering mortar and a preparation process thereof, and relates to the technical field of building material mortar. The high-performance wet-mixed plastering mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 240 to 260 parts of cement, 65 to 75 parts of fly ash, 25 to 35 parts of calcium powder, 1285 to 1510 parts of fine aggregate, 250 to 270 parts of high-concentration sewage, 18 to 26 parts of polymer modifier, 3 to 5 parts of plastic retaining agent, 10 to 14 parts of water reducing agent and 1 to 3 parts of thickening time control agent. According to the invention, high-concentration sewage recovered from production of premixed mortar is used as a raw material and is matched with other raw materials for use, and the fine aggregate is composed of fine sand and medium sand, so that the cost of the fine aggregate is lower than that of natural sand, and the bonding strength of the fine aggregate with cement, fly ash and other cementing materials is higher; and through compounding of the fine sand and the medium sand, the problems of poor grading characteristics and grain shape defects of the machine-made sand can be solved.
