The invention relates to a preparation method of component-controllable low-temperature co-fired ceramic granulation powder, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a solvent, borosilicate glass powder for LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic), a ceramic filler and a sintering aid, adding a binder glue solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain a raw material solution; and (2) carrying out spray granulation on the raw material solution to inhibit component segregation so as to obtain the low-temperature co-fired ceramic granulation powder with controllable components and a component function.
