The part, higher than the beam falling support, of the sliding support is removed to serve as the beam falling support of the side span section steel beam, and the side span section steel beam is hoisted by a crane on the shore. According to the method, an underwater crane standing platform and large hoisting equipment do not need to be erected, the construction cost is low, and the safety is high.
本发明涉及一种跨河钢结构桥钢梁侧位提升水平横移安装方法,在水中沿桥位搭设两组钢梁拼装支架,每组钢梁拼装支架分为落梁支架和滑移支架,滑移支架的高度高于落梁支架;在滑移支架上设置滑移轨道、滑车及提升千斤顶,跨中段钢梁运至栈桥上,先通过提升千斤顶将钢梁提升至高于落梁支架,并通过滑车携带钢梁滑移到指定位置,再将钢梁放置到落梁支架上,然后拆除滑移支架上的滑车及滑移轨道,去掉滑移支架高于落梁支架的部分,作为边跨段钢梁的落梁支架,在岸边用吊机吊装边跨段钢梁。本发明无需搭设水中吊车站位平台及大型起吊设备,施工成本低,安全性高。
