The invention relates to building construction, in particular to a construction method for blocking an I-shaped steel hole in an upturned beam. Comprising the following steps that S1, before the upturning beam is poured, a box of an I-shaped steel hole is reserved in the upturning beam; s2, a sleeve is reserved on the upper portion of the upturning beam, an upper end opening of the sleeve is blocked, and the lower end of the sleeve communicates with an I-shaped steel hole; s3, dismounting the I-shaped steel, cleaning garbage in a hole of the I-shaped steel, chiseling and sprinkling water for wetting; s4, formworks are erected on the two sides of the I-shaped steel hole; s5, a funnel is mounted at the upper end of the sleeve; and S6, concrete is poured, and a vibrating rod is vertically inserted into the hole of the I-shaped steel from the sleeve for vibrating. The problems of non-compact vibration, slurry leakage and water seepage existing in traditional I-shaped steel hole plugging are solved, it is avoided that concrete is poured from the side face of an I-shaped steel hole, and the construction quality is effectively improved; labor and material cost are saved, construction is more convenient and faster, and construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及建筑施工,特别是一种用于上翻梁处的工字钢洞口封堵的施工方法。包括如下步骤:S1、上翻梁浇筑前,在上翻梁内预留工字钢洞口的盒子;S2、上翻梁的上部预留套管,套管的上端口封堵,套管的下端与工字钢洞口连通;S3、工字钢拆除,清理工字钢洞口内垃圾,凿毛洒水湿润;S4、在工字钢洞口两侧支设模板;S5、套管的上端安装漏斗;S6、浇筑混凝土,振捣棒从套管垂直插入工字钢洞口内进行振捣。本发明解决了传统工字钢洞口封堵存在的振捣不密实、漏浆和渗水的问题,避免从工字钢洞口侧面灌入混凝土,有效提升施工质量;节约劳动力,节约材料成本,施工更加方便快捷,提高施工效率。
