Environment-friendly concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses environment-friendly concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 26 to 27 parts of cement, 38 to 41 parts of river sand, 8 to 8.5 parts of regenerated PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) powder, 4.5 to 5 parts of fly ash, 2.7 to 3.25 parts of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene wax, 1.45 to 1.8 parts of phosphorus-containing organic matters, 1.8 to 1.9 parts of thickening agents and 12 to 14 parts of water. In addition, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly concrete, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the cement, the river sand, the regenerated PET powder, the fly ash and the water to prepare a mixture A; mixing the maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene wax with a phosphorus-containing organic matter to prepare a mixture B; and adding the mixture B and the thickening agent into the mixture A, and uniformly stirring to obtain the environment-friendly concrete. The concrete prepared by the invention is relatively good in workability, relatively high in compressive strength and relatively good in anti-freezing performance.
