The invention relates to the field of refractory materials, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a carbon source containing a targeted antioxidant and a preparation method of the carbon source and a refractory material. The preparation method of the carbon source comprises the following steps: binding of the antioxidant and the carbon source: mixing the antioxidant and the carbon source to form a uniform fluid mixture, curing the fluid mixture, and crushing a cured product to obtain a carbon source containing the antioxidant; the binding of the antioxidant and the carbon source comprises the following operation steps: uniformly mixing the antioxidant and the sol, then adding the carbon source, uniformly stirring to form a uniform fluid mixture, and crushing a cured product to obtain the carbon source containing the antioxidant; or the binding of the antioxidant and the carbon source comprises the following operation steps: heating the carbon source until the carbon source is molten, adding the antioxidant into the melt to obtain a fluid mixture, and crushing the cured material to obtain the carbon source containing the antioxidant. On the premise of not increasing the use amount of the antioxidant, the oxidation resistance of the carbon source is improved.
