The invention discloses a cast sheet for ceramic packaging and a preparation method of the cast sheet. The cast sheet comprises 90-95 wt% of Al2O3 powder, 2-6 wt% of SiO2 powder, 0.3-1 wt% of CaO powder, 0.5-1.5 wt% of MgO powder, 0.5-1.5 wt% of Cr2O3 powder, 0.7-2 wt% of MoO3 powder, a dispersing agent accounting for 0.6-1.5 wt% of the total weight of the ceramic powder, a binder accounting for 6-10 wt% of the total weight of the ceramic powder and a solvent accounting for 20-30 wt% of the total weight of the ceramic powder, and the SiO2 powder and the CaO powder are prepared according to the mass ratio of 6-15. According to the invention, the Al2O3 powder is subjected to airflow crushing treatment, so that the prepared cast sheet has larger aperture and pore volume, in the sintering process, organic matters decomposed at high temperature are easier to overflow from apertures of the cast sheet, the sintered product has less carbon residue and low dielectric loss, and the signal transmission loss of the sintered product meets the electronic ceramic packaging requirement of a high-frequency device.
