Therefore, the rigidity adjustable range of the stacked vibration isolator is large, the overall height adjustable range is large, and the stacked vibration isolator can be well suitable for various different working conditions.
本发明提供一种叠加式道床板、道床及其施工方法,由于该叠加式道床板具有多个叠加型隔振器,板体通过多个叠加型隔振器的橡胶弹簧设置在基底上,采用点支撑方式隔断轨道结构与基底结构之间的刚性联结,通过多个橡胶弹簧吸收列车运行时的冲击能量,实现轨道减振降噪的效果。特别地,叠加型隔振器的弹性元件包含有多个(N个)竖直叠加的橡胶弹簧,通过弹簧连接组件连接成一体,其整体刚度为单个橡胶弹簧的1/N,而即使调节材料配方及制造工艺,单个橡胶弹簧的刚度也难以达到这样的数值范围,因此叠加型隔振器的刚度可调节范围大,整体高度可调节范围大,可良好适用于多种不同工况。
