Similarly, during later maintenance, the vibration isolator can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, and the spring assembly can be conveniently replaced.
本发明提供一种规制式道床板、道床及其施工方法,由于该规制式道床板具有多个规制型隔振器,轨道板通过多个规制型隔振器的橡胶弹簧设置在基底上,即采用点支撑的方式,隔断轨道结构与基底结构之间的刚性联结,通过多个橡胶弹簧吸收列车运行时的冲击能量,从而实现轨道减振降噪的效果。在施工时,外套筒预埋在板体中,只需依次将弹簧组件、弹簧支撑板、调高垫片以及锁紧垫片从外套筒的上端开口放入,放入时转动弹簧支撑板和调高垫片形成支撑结构,再通过连接件固定即可完成隔振器的安装,因此,施工方便,施工时间更短。同样地,后期维护时,也可以方便地拆装该隔振器,更换弹簧组件。
