The invention discloses an end sealing device of a steel pipe column and an integrated construction method of the steel pipe column and an under-column pile. The end sealing device comprises the steel pipe column (1), an opening connecting column (2), a guide plate (3) and a flexible sealing sleeve (4). The bottom of the steel pipe column is inserted into the under-column pile foundation (7); the upper end of the opening connecting column is communicated with the bottom of the steel pipe column; one end of each guide plate is rotatably connected to the lower end of the opening connecting column, and the multiple guide plates are arranged in the circumferential direction of the opening connecting column at intervals and can be closed or opened at the lower end of the connecting column; the multiple guide plates are sleeved with the flexible sealing sleeve, the upper end of the flexible sealing sleeve is fixedly connected with the opening connecting column, and a pouring opening (401) is formed in the lower end of the flexible sealing sleeve. The method can overcome the defects of construction of the steel pipe column and the pile under the column through a first insertion method and a second insertion method in the prior art.
