Beam column pouring construction method
The invention relates to a construction method for pouring a beam column, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, laying a beam bottom template, a template on one side of a beam and a plate bottom template, and binding beam steel bars on the beam bottom template after the beam bottom template is laid and accepted; dense-mesh steel wire meshes are mounted near beam-column joints; a movable blocking device is installed on the dense-mesh steel wire mesh, and then a plurality of movable joint bars are inserted into the movable blocking device; a formwork on the other side of the beam is laid, the formworks on the two sides of the beam are connected with the formwork at the bottom of the beam, meanwhile, the formwork at the bottom of the beam is fixedly connected with the formwork of the column, and then plate reinforcing steel bars are bound to the formwork at the bottom of the plate; concrete of a first strength grade is poured into the columns, and concrete of a second strength grade is poured into the beams and the plates; and concrete for pouring the columns, the beams and the plates is cured. The movable joint bars and the movable stoppers are easy to manufacture, low in material investment, easy and convenient to construct, capable of increasing the overall rigidity, capable of being repeatedly used and capable of saving cost; and the strength of the concrete can be guaranteed, and the appearance quality of form removal is good.
本发明涉及一种浇筑梁柱施工方法,包括以下步骤:先铺设梁底模板、梁的一侧模板和板底模板,在梁底模板铺设完成验收后,在梁底模板上绑扎梁钢筋;在梁柱节点附近安装密目钢丝网片;在密目钢丝网片上安装活动挡隔器,然后在活动挡隔器上插入若干个活动插筋;铺设梁的另一侧模板,将梁的两侧模板与梁底模板进行连接,同时将梁底模板与柱的模板进行固定连接,然后在板底模板上绑扎板钢筋;对柱浇筑第一强度等级的混凝土,同时对梁和板浇筑第二强度等级的混凝土;对柱、梁和板浇筑的混凝土进行养护。本发明活动插筋和活动挡隔器制作简单,材料投入少,施工简便,能增加整体刚度,可重复使用,节省成本;还能保障混凝土保强度,并且拆模观感质量好。
