The preparation method of the carbon fiber cured felt comprises the following steps: mixing carbon fibers and a resin solution to prepare a carbon fiber suspension; carrying out solid-liquid separation treatment on the carbon fiber suspension to obtain a solid, and carrying out drying and dispersing treatment on the solid to enable the surface of the carbon fiber to be coated with the resin to prepare a carbon fiber intermediate product; carrying out hot-pressing curing molding treatment on the carbon fiber intermediate product to prepare a carbon fiber preform; and carrying out carbonization treatment, graphitization treatment and purification treatment on the carbon fiber preform to prepare the carbon fiber cured felt. The prepared cured felt material is uniform in density, high in purity and low in heat conductivity coefficient, has the advantage of being simple in process, can be subjected to large-scale industrial development, and effectively improves the profit of resin and the service life of a mold.
